Reliability and Quality - since 2015

What began with a clear idea and the goal of making medical care safer is now an established brand in the field of medical and hygienic disposable products. Since the founding of NITRAS Medical in 2015, we have been continuously developing our product range with the goal of providing reliable, customized solutions for medical professionals and facilities, and meeting the demands of a sensitive and dynamic market at all times.

1986

The origin of NITRAS

With the founding of AS Arbeitsschutz GmbH on 22. The foundation for the NITRAS brand was laid in February 1986, and it has been owner-operated and steadily grown ever since. Originally specializing in hand and arm protection, the company developed into a broad-based provider of personal protective equipment by the end of the 1990s/early 2000s.

1996

The trademark NITRAS

Only ten years later, a crucial step followed: the registration of the NITRAS trademark. Since then, the name has stood for high-quality work safety solutions that customers throughout Europe rely on. Quality, function, and reliability – that is the standard we associate with the name NITRAS.

2015

The beginning of our medical journey

On September 1, 2015, MCD Medical Care Dental GmbH was founded and has been owner-managed ever since. As a subsidiary of AS Arbeitsschutz GmbH (founded in 1986), NITRAS Medical was created in response to the growing demand for high-quality disposable clothing and medical products.
